Nabil Rizkalla is Senior Counsel at Mazghouny & Co. Prior to joining the firm, he was a senior partner at a tier 1 Cairo law firm, where he led the corporate and M&A team for over 20 years. With more than 35 years of experience, Nabil specialises in general corporate law, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, free zones and economic zones, shareholders' disputes, and commercial and tax law.

Nabil regularly advises leading multinational companies on cross-border transactions, and regional and local clients on corporate and commercial matters. His experience spans divestitures, corporate structuring and restructurings, corporate governance, and best practice for multinational operations across sectors including automotive, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and tourism.
