Khadiga Abou-Zeid is a Senior Associate at Mazghouny & Co advising on corporate and project transactions across energy and power, manufacturing, and services. She has hands-on experience in multi-million-dollar acquisitions, financing workstreams, and legal due diligence — structuring optimal market entry for investments into Egypt from a corporate, tax, customs, and labour perspective.

Khadiga leads on drafting and negotiating shareholders' and share purchase agreements, loan and finance agreements, and project documentation. She has deep renewables exposure across the value chain — supporting EPC and O&M contractors, independent power producers, distributors, and public entities on PPAs as well as EPC/O&M frameworks — and has contributed to some of the firm's most significant financing mandates, including transactions backed by EBRD, AfDB, and bilateral development finance institutions.
